I made this using *sulfar's Sin City tutorial [link]

I don't think it turned out that good but I know I could do better with a better picture to work with... (I had to add in a lot of extra steps due to the pic I used...)

Considering the fact that you didn't have a really good picture to work with, this is totally awesome!
The picture cracks me up and now that it is "Sin City style" it's even cooler.

I know you've stated that you didn't have a good picture to work with, but just as a note I'd like to point out that this style would work best in pieces where there is more surface area of both the black and the white areas. The other thing I noticed was that you didn't vary the hash mark angle much. Varying the angle of the hash will help add depth to the image. Great start. I'd love to see you try this with some other subjects.
